Gmail for Finance

The money in your business inbox. Every morning at 7 it pulls out:

• Owed to you: the invoices you sent that are not paid yet, the late ones first, with a polite reminder ready.
• Came in: the payments customers made this week.
• Bills to pay: what your suppliers and services want, and when, and any payment that failed.
• Receipts: this month's receipts in one list, ready for your accountant.

Write an email from the page: write it yourself, or tell the agent what to say. It goes out only when you press Send on it in the chat.

Newsletters and ads are set aside and counted. The Ideas on the page go further: see which customers pay late, get a money summary every Friday, or send your accountant the month's receipts. Each one is a tap, now or on a schedule.

Customers, leads and quotes live in Gmail for Business.

To start

Open the Money desk and press Connect Gmail. It takes a minute or two, and Cabinet shows you each step. Until then the page shows a made-up business, clearly marked.

For now Gmail works in the Cabinet app on your computer. It can't be connected on Cabinet Cloud yet.

It only reads

It never pays, sends, deletes or moves anything in Gmail. When you want to send a reminder, it writes it in the chat, and nothing goes out without your OK.
