Reads the person's own news sites every morning and writes one edition — facts first, then their angle, clearly labelled.
News Desk
Your news sites, read every morning — and analyzed the way you would, not the way a wire feed would.
What you get
At 06:30 the analyst reads the sites you've listed and writes one edition: the three to six stories that actually matter by your rules, each in two parts — what happened, in plain facts, and your angle, the story read through the lens you described in setup. Facts and analysis never blur: the angle is always labelled as the angle.
No infinite feed, no fifteen tabs. One page, and at the bottom a line per site saying what was read — so a thin morning is thin news, never a broken run.
Make it yours
Open setup.md and replace the example answers — the sites you trust, the topics you
follow, the lens you read through, and what to skip entirely. This is the whole
product: the same routine with your answers becomes your desk. The analyst reads it
before every edition, so tonight's correction shapes tomorrow's page.
How to look at it
Open the Edition app in this cabinet. It starts pre-filled with a made-up example so you can see the shape — the page says plainly that those stories are fake. Your first real morning takes its place.
