Outlook for Personal

Your own Outlook, calm. Every morning at 7 it puts your day on the fridge door:

• Today: your plans for the day, with what to bring or know before each one.
• People to answer: family, friends, school and the people you deal with, with a short reply ready in your voice.
• Bills and money: what is due and when, payments that failed, and what renews.
• On the way: packages and orders, and when they arrive.
• Coming up: the next 7 days, birthdays included.

Newsletters, ads and promotions are set aside and counted, never deleted.

For work mail, use Outlook for Work.

To start

Open My day and press Connect Outlook. Sign in with Microsoft: an Outlook.com, Hotmail or Live address works. Connect Outlook Calendar too and your plans join the fridge door. Until then the page shows a made-up person, clearly marked.

For now Outlook works in the Cabinet app on your computer.

Make it yours

• Ideas: one tap for things like what you pay for every month, school emails this week, or birthdays coming up. Any idea can also run by itself on a schedule.
• Layout: add, remove, move and resize the boxes, or tell the agent what you need and it suggests the boxes.
• Ask: anything about your mail and calendar, in plain words.

It only reads

It never sends, moves, pays or deletes anything. When you want to answer, the reply goes into your Outlook Drafts, and you send it yourself.

• My day: the app this cabinet opens on, and what you told it about yourself.
• Reports: one page per morning.
